What you need to do
You will receive an enrolment confirmation notice between August and early September, by your preferred method of communication.

The confirmation notice will include details of your enrolment and the new PDSP benefit card, which will show your new plan number. Validate your information – Opens in a new window and update as necessary.

If you have not received your confirmation notice by early September, please contact Canada Life.

Please continue to submit PDSP claims to Sun Life until October 31, 2024. You will need to advise your dental provider that effective November 1, 2024, dental claims must be submitted to Canada Life using your new plan number, which can be found on your new PDSP benefit card.

Since the new contract with Canada Life requires mandatory positive enrolment, it will be your responsibility in the future to keep your positive enrolment information and that of your dependents up to date with Canada Life. You can update your positive enrolment information with Canada Life online or on paper.

Online – Register or sign in to access your PDSP Member Services account.  The first time you log in, you will need your dental plan number and certificate number.
